| Reverse description | The reverse features a central rotating disc mechanism mounted on a pivot pin, dividing the field into an upper mirror-polished semicircle and a lower gold-toned semicircle, each adorned with an ornate floral and scroll motif in relief. The rotating inner disc bears the Latin motto FABER EST SUAE QUISQUE FORTUNAE along its lower arc. The surrounding octagonal field is divided by eight radiating lines into segments, each inscribed with one of eight decision options in raised lettering: GO AHEAD, ASK LATER, ASK MOM, YES, NEXT WEEK, TAKE HOLIDAYS, GIVE UP, and NO, recalling the format of a fortune-telling device. |
