Reverse description The reverse centers on the Hungarian royal coat of arms, surmounted by the Holy Crown of Saint Stephen, the entire shield rendered in fine detail with the traditional quartered Hungarian heraldic design including the Árpád stripes and the apostolic double cross. The denomination appears prominently on either side of the central hole, reading 10 Fr. to the left and 4 Frt. to the right, referencing the dual Franco-Hungarian monetary equivalence. The circular legend MAGYAR KIRÁLYSÁG (Kingdom of Hungary) arcs across the upper field, divided left and right by the shield. The date 1891 is inscribed in the lower exergual area. A beaded border frames the reverse, consistent with the obverse, and small decorative stars punctuate the field.
