| Obverse description | Black letterpress text on cream paper within a plain rectangular border formed by a repeating ornamental frame. The denomination DIX FRANCS is set in large bold capitals at the centre, above two handwritten signature lines with a manuscript serial number between them, attributed to the Délégué du Directeur de l'Intérieur and the Trésorier-Payeur. Institutional authority inscriptions appear at the top and a guarantee clause at the foot of the note. |
