Reverse description A detailed frontal view of the Ishtar Gate of ancient Babylon occupies the central field, depicted with its characteristic crenellated twin towers, ornate facade detailing, and arched central passageway. Stylized trees flank the gate on either side, evoking the archaeological and historical setting of the site. The dual date inscription '١٤٠٢هـ' (AH 1402) appears at the upper left and '١٩٨٢م' (AD 1982) at the upper right, arching along the scalloped rim. The composition is bold and architecturally precise, befitting the coin's commemorative purpose of celebrating the restoration of Babylon.
