Obverse description Central field features a raised circular incuse containing the denomination numeral '١٠' (10) in Eastern Arabic script above the Arabic word 'فلوس' (Fils), all within a plain raised ring. The Arabic legend 'الكويت' (Kuwait) arcs along the upper periphery in bold calligraphic script, while the Latin legend 'KUWAIT' is inscribed along the lower periphery in widely spaced serif capital letters. The entire design is framed by a continuous beaded border, and the mirrored proof fields exhibit a deeply frosted relief against a brilliant polished background.
