Obverse description	Plain cream paper ground with a light blue guilloche underprint of repeating geometric star motifs filling the entire field, enclosed by an ornamental border of interlocking circular chain links. The denomination "10 f" appears in bold blue numerals at upper left and upper right, flanking the issuer inscription "LEIBICZ R. T. VÁROS POLGÁRMESTERÉNEK UTALVÁNYA" across the top. The central text states the value in words "10, AZAZ TIZ FILLÉRRE" followed by a Hungarian-language explanatory clause referencing prisoner-of-war labour and local validity, dated "Leibicz, 1917 június 15-én" with a manuscript signature above the printed title "polgármester".

Reverse description	Unprinted cream paper bearing at centre a large circular official black stamp of the Leibicz mayoral office, enclosing a heraldic shield vignette with a seated Madonna and Child figure radiating rays of glory. The circular legend reads "SZEPES VÁRMEGYE LEIBICZ REND. TAN. VÁROS POLGÁRMESTERI HIVATALA" with the year "* 1902 *" at the base.
