| Beschrijving keerzijde | A coiled five-clawed imperial dragon rendered in high relief occupies the central field, its body encircling a flaming pearl at the bottom centre, with the dragon's head facing forward in the upper central area. Stylised cloud scrolls and flame elements surround the dragon, filling the field with dynamic decorative detail characteristic of late Qing imperial coinage. An inner beaded border frames the design, and the English legend arcs around the periphery, reading 'PEKING' at the top and '7.2 CANDAREENS' at the bottom, separated by decorative stops. The reeded outer edge is visible beyond the beaded border. |
