| Reverse description | The reverse presents a finely sculpted left-facing portrait bust of the ancient Greek historian, soldier, and philosopher Xenophon, rendered in a classical sculptural style with detailed wavy hair and a full beard. To the left of the portrait, a small decorative floral mint mark appears above the date 2022. Along the lower periphery, the Greek inscription ΞΕΝΟΦΩΝ 430–353 Π.Χ. identifies the subject with his life dates in Greek. The entire design is framed by a continuous Greek meander border in the inner ring, echoing the classical aesthetic of the obverse. |
