| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse features a bold geometric design composed of overlapping octagonal and diamond-shaped line patterns radiating from the center to the rim, evoking a stylized architectural or heraldic framework. At the center, an olive branch and an oak branch are depicted in relief, flanking the denomination '10 EURO' inscribed prominently in the field. The date '2011' appears along the right inner border of the geometric frame. The French Republican motto 'LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ' is distributed around the inner octagonal border, with each word occupying one side. |

Issued as part of the Monnaie de Paris's 2011 regional series, which produced a coin for each of France's then-22 metropolitan regions. The series was struck in .500 silver — an alloy choice that drew some collector criticism at the time, as earlier French commemorative silver had typically been finer.
