背面描述	A detailed architectural view of the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) of Tours occupies the central disc, depicted in fine relief with its classical façade, arched ground-floor arcade, ornate first-floor windows, and a domed central tower with lantern. The denomination '10 euro' is inscribed in the upper portion of the outer ring, and the legend 'de TOURS et de TOURAINE' arcs around the lower portion of the ring. The engravers' credits 'G. BUQUOY / D'APRÈS C. CARDOT' appear in small lettering within the lower field of the inner disc.
