| Reverse description | The copper-nickel centre bears a bold rendering of the Occitan cross (Croix du Languedoc), a twelve-pointed cross with rounded terminals traditionally associated with the city of Toulouse and the historic County of Toulouse, depicted in high relief against a vertically lined background. The brass outer ring carries the denomination 10 EURO at the top, flanked by two raised dots on either side. The tournament dates 29 MAI AU and 28 JUIN 1998 are inscribed along the left and right sides of the ring respectively, with DE TOULOUSE along the lower portion, all reading around the circumference. |
