Part of Monnaie de Paris's long-running Petit Prince series, which has issued commemorative pieces annually since 2015 under licensing from the Saint-Exupéry estate. The .333 fineness — barely silver by most collectors' standards — reflects a deliberate mass-market positioning: these are sold through gift channels as much as numismatic ones, and mintages have consistently run high enough to suppress any secondary market premium.
