| Obverse description | The Spanish national coat of arms is displayed prominently in the center of the field, surmounted by the royal crown. Surrounding the central arms, arranged in a ring around the periphery of the field, are the national arms or heraldic emblems of nine other Ibero-American nations, each rendered in fine relief against the mirror-polished proof field.
