正面描述	The obverse displays the coat of arms of Malta at centre, depicting a quartered shield with a George Cross and vertical stripes, flanked by olive and palm branches and surmounted by a mural crown. A scroll beneath the shield bears the legend REPUBBLIKA TA' MALTA. The inscription MALTA appears to the left of the arms and the date 2025 to the right, both set against a polished dark field. Twelve five-pointed stars, referencing the European Union, are arranged around the outer rim of the coin.

背面描述	The reverse features a central rectangular relief panel depicting a scene of care within the Sacra Infermeria, showing a robed Knight of St John attending to a patient in bed, accompanied by two standing figures, rendered in fine sculptural detail. To the left of the panel the denomination 10 EURO appears in the field, while a small heraldic shield is positioned to the right. The curved legend 450TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SACRA INFERMERIA 1574-2024 arcs across the upper field, and VALLETTA MALTA is inscribed along the lower arc, flanked by two stars. The engraver's initials NGB appear below the central panel.
