| Opis awersu | The obverse displays the heraldic arms of the Central Bank of Malta in high relief at the centre of the field, depicting a quartered shield supported by two armoured knights standing as dexter and sinister supporters, each bearing a sword. The shield is surmounted by a mural crown, and a scroll beneath carries the motto FIDUCIA FORTIS along with the founding year 1968. The legend CENTRAL BANK OF MALTA curves along the upper periphery, while the date 2023 appears in the lower field. The entire design is bordered by a beaded inner circle. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse features a bold, colorful design set against a checkerboard pattern of alternating polished and matte square fields. The word PRIDE dominates the centre in large coloured lettering rendered in the hues of the rainbow pride flag, with each letter incorporating a distinct Maltese cultural motif: a Maltese cross, a domed church, a sunburst, a traditional luzzu boat, waves, and an eye. A Maltese eight-pointed cross appears to the upper left, while the denomination 10 EURO is inscribed to the upper right beneath a stylised sun. The lower portion of the field depicts Valletta's harbour skyline with a traditional boat, a watchtower, and decorative scrollwork, all in silver relief. The inscriptions VALLETTA and 2023 appear in the lower central field. |
