Obverse description Right-facing portrait effigy of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, rendered in a bold, stylized relief against a plain field. The country name LËTZEBUERG arcs along the left rim, reading upward, with the mint year and mint master's initials positioned vertically to the left of the portrait. Twelve five-pointed stars encircle the upper and right portions of the design, consistent with the standard European Union coinage motif. The portrait is the work of engraver Yvette Gastauer-Claire, displaying a confident, modern artistic treatment with clean lines. Mint marks and privy marks of the issuing mint appear adjacent to the date.

Reverse description The common reverse design for the 10 Euro Cent denomination, designed by Luc Luycx, features the large numeral '10' prominently in the right portion of the field, with the denomination inscription 'EURO CENT' below in two lines. To the left, a relief map of the European Union member states is depicted against a background of horizontal lines representing the globe, with six stars above and six stars below along the left rim. The engraver's initials 'LL' appear to the lower right of the denomination. The overall composition follows the standardized second-series Euro cent reverse introduced in 2007.
