Obverse description The obverse depicts a view of the Casa de la Vall, Andorra's historic parliament building, rendered in fine relief at centre, with its characteristic Romanesque stone tower and adjoining structure clearly delineated. Twelve five-pointed stars, symbolising the European Union, are arranged around the periphery of the field. The country name ANDORRA appears vertically along the right side of the design in incuse Latin lettering, accompanied by the year of issue below it. The composition is the work of Moles Disseny and reflects a restrained, architecturally precise artistic style characteristic of contemporary Eurozone coinage.

Reverse description The reverse presents the standard European common design for the 10 euro cent denomination, designed by Luc Luycx. A bold numeral '10' dominates the right portion of the field, with the denomination legend '10 EURO CENT' inscribed beneath in two lines. To the left, a relief map of Europe is depicted, showing the member states of the European Union in raised relief against a finely lined background representing the globe. Twelve five-pointed stars are arranged along the left arc of the coin's rim, echoing the EU flag motif. The engraver's initials 'LL' appear discreetly in the field.
