| Obverse description | The obverse features the elaborate royal coat of arms of Serbia prominently displayed in the central field, surmounted by a crown and supported by two standing figures as heraldic supporters. Twelve five-pointed stars are arranged in two groups along the left and right inner border, referencing the European Union star motif.
