Obverse description Central field bears the stylised '21' logo of the Greece 2021 bicentennial committee, flanked by the small Greek Coat of Arms and the mint mark. The legend 'ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ' (Hellenic Republic) arcs around the upper field, while the commemorative inscription '200 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΠΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΗ' (200 Years since the Revolution) and the denomination '10 ΕΥΡΩ' appear in the lower field.

Reverse description Three-quarter bust of Despina Achladioti, known as the 'Lady of Ro', facing slightly left, wearing traditional Dodecanese dress with a decorative clasp and veil. To her right, a map of the Dodecanese island chain rises from stylised sea waves, with the Greek inscription 'ΔΩΔΕΚΑΝΗΣΑ' (Dodecanese) inscribed across the lower portion of the inner circle. The date '1947' appears at the top of the border and '2021' at the bottom, both flanked by olive wreaths in the mirror-polished outer ring, commemorating the union of the Dodecanese with Greece.
