Obverse description Central field bears the stylized '21' logo of the Greece 2021 bicentennial committee, accompanied by the small Greek Coat of Arms and mint mark. The legend 'ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ' (Hellenic Republic) arcs around the design. A secondary inscription reads '200 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΠΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΗ' (200 Years since the Revolution) along with the denomination '10 ΕΥΡΩ'.

Reverse description Bust of Eleftherios Venizelos facing right, wearing spectacles, set against a wavy sea background evoking the Aegean. Superimposed below the portrait is a relief map of Crete, with the Greek legend 'ΚΡΗΤΗ' (Crete) inscribed beneath it. The entire central design is enclosed within a wide border decorated with an encircling olive wreath on a mirror-polished field. The dates '1913' above and '2021' below frame the composition, commemorating the union of Crete with Greece.
