The P#29 series was issued across a five-year window under two successive signature pairs, which means date-specific examples bearing the Sithole/Dlamini combination can be placed within a narrower window of the governor's tenure — useful for collectors working the signature variants. Oberthur's Rennes facility handled Swazi currency through much of this period, a longstanding relationship that predates Swaziland's switch to the emalangeni name in 1974.
