Beschrijving voorzijde Central field displays the crowned civic arms of Toruń — an eagle displayed within an ornate cartouche — flanked by elaborate scrolling foliate arabesques. Surrounding the arms is a multi-line Latin inscription filling the field in horizontal lines, commemorating the city's resistance during the siege: THORVNIA HOSTILI TERO PPVGMA TA TRIA AVXILIO FOR TIFICAGIVS VS DE FENSADI KMVRHER ANNO MDC XXIX. The overall composition is characteristic of early seventeenth-century German-Polish goldsmith engraving, with rich decorative detail framing the heraldic centrepiece.

Beschrijving keerzijde A detailed panoramic view of the city of Toruń under siege occupies the central field, depicting the city's skyline with towers, fortifications, and buildings rendered in fine relief, with smoke or flames rising above the roofline to evoke the dramatic events of 1629. A circular Latin legend surrounds the scene along the rim, reading FIDES ET CONSTANTIA PROBATA, attesting to the city's proven faith and constancy. The composition is divided by a beaded or dotted inner border separating the legend from the central panoramic view. The engraving style reflects the accomplished medallic art associated with the Toruń mint in the early seventeenth century.
