Upon the eagle's breast is superimposed a large quartered shield of arms divided into four quadrants: upper-left bearing a lion passant, upper-right a cross quartered, lower-left a landscape with stylized elements, and lower-right a rampant lion. The design is executed in high relief with fine feather detailing throughout and no legend or inscription appears on this face. |
