The emperor is depicted with his characteristic flowing allonge wig of tight curls cascading over his armored and mantled shoulders, with ornate plate armor visible at the truncation. His prominent Habsburg jaw and aquiline profile are faithfully rendered in the Baroque court style. A finely beaded inner border frames the design, with the circular Latin legend distributed around the full periphery of the coin. |

| 裏面の説明 | The reverse displays the imperial double-headed eagle displayed, each head crowned, with wings spread and elaborately detailed feathers rendered in the Baroque style. Upon the breast of the eagle rests the quartered Habsburg dynastic shield, surmounted by a large imperial crown. The mint mark letters K and B (for Kremnitz/Kremnica) flank the shield at the lower left and right. The date 1688 is divided across the upper field, with the full circumferential Latin legend giving the emperor's hereditary titles separated by mullets, enclosed within a beaded border. |
