| Obverse description | Two facing busts of the co-rulers Johann Christian and Johann Seyfried, depicted in armour with lace collars, facing one another in the central field. The date 1652 appears in the lower exergue between the two effigies. A circular legend in Latin surrounds the busts within a beaded inner border, reading the names and titles of both princes. |
