| Reverse description | Central device consists of an elaborate ornamental cross formed by stylized foliate and floral elements radiating symmetrically from a central cartouche, which bears the denomination inscription X DUCAT in two lines. The fineness mark 980 appears below the central motif near the base of the cross. Two small rosette or pellet ornaments flank the design in the left and right fields as decorative stops. The legend PRO PROSPERITATE MUNDI curves along the upper periphery, while AUREUS MAGNUS arcs along the lower border. The overall design reflects a formal medallic aesthetic with precise, deeply engraved botanical ornamentation. |
