正面描述	Central device features a Greek Orthodox cross with radiating beams emanating from its arms, superimposed upon a double-headed eagle displayed on a shield — emblematic of the coat of arms of Northern Epirus. The design is rendered in high relief against a polished field. The circular legend ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ ΒΟΡΕΙΟΥ ΗΠΕΙΡΟΥ arcs around the upper periphery within a beaded border, following the hexagonal flan. The date 2023 appears in the lower exergual area, flanked by two small cross ornaments.
