Obverse description Central field features the Great Seal of the United States — a heraldic eagle displayed, holding an olive branch in its dexter talon and a bundle of arrows in its sinister talon, with a shield on its breast and a glory of stars above — with the inscription '999 SILVER' in the upper portion of the seal. The legend 'HUTT RIVER PROVINCE' arcs across the top of the coin, flanked by stars, while 'PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON' and 'VICE PRESIDENT AL GORE' appear to the left and right of the eagle respectively. The lower legend reads 'INAUGURATED JANUARY 20, 1993', with the denomination 'TEN DOLLARS' in large letters along the bottom rim.
