| Obverse description | The national seal of the Republic of the Marshall Islands occupies the central field, depicting a traditional Marshallese stick chart navigation device flanked by outrigger canoe imagery, a radiant sun, and palm trees against a coastal seascape. The design is rendered in low relief within a beaded inner border encircled by a decorative rope or chain outer border. The legend REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS arcs along the upper periphery, while the Marshallese national motto JEPILPILIN KE EJUKAAN curves along the lower periphery. The denomination $10 appears to the left and the date 1994 to the right within the design. The word SEAL appears within a cartouche at the base of the central device. |

| Reverse description | The reverse features a bold allegorical depiction of Jupiter, the Roman god, rendered as a standing male figure in classical robes holding a long spear or sceptre in his right hand. To his right stands a large eagle perched atop a globe representing the planet Jupiter, shown with its characteristic equatorial ring system. The astronomical symbol for Jupiter appears prominently in the left field alongside scattered star and planetary motifs evoking the solar system. The inscription JUPITER curves along the lower left field, the date 1994 is positioned at the upper centre, and the denomination $10 appears at the bottom of the field. |
