Beschrijving voorzijde	The central device depicts the coat of arms of Belize, featuring two woodcutters flanking a shield bearing a mahogany tree, crossed tools, and a sailing ship, all beneath a spreading mahogany tree. The arms are surrounded by an ornamental wreath of laurel branches. The motto ribbon at the base of the shield bears the Latin legend SUB UMBRA FLOREO. The country name BELIZE arcs along the upper rim in bold lettering, and the date 1995 is positioned in the lower field. A beaded circle frames the inner design.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse presents a finely detailed effigy of a Howler monkey (Alouatta pigra) perched and moving along a tree branch, depicted in left profile with its mouth open in a characteristic call. The upper field carries the legend ENDANGERED WILDLIFE arcing along the rim, while the denomination 10 DOLLARS appears within a rectangular cartouche at the base of the design.
