Reverse description The central field displays a full-color printed reproduction of the Dutch 100 Gulden banknote (the 'Snipe' note issued by De Nederlandsche Bank), rendered in vivid polychrome coloring against the mirror-polished field. Behind the colorized banknote, engraved in outline style in the upper portion of the field, are two iconic Dutch landmarks: a traditional windmill to the left and the Westerkerk church in Amsterdam to the right. The trilingual farewell legend encircles the design, reading ABSCHIED VON DER NIEDERLÄNDISCHEN WÄHRUNG to the left, GOODBYE DUTCH CURRENCY to the right, and ADIEU A LA MONNAIE NEERLANDAISE along the lower arc. The denomination TEN DOLLARS appears at the base of the field in raised lettering.
