Beschrijving keerzijde	An extreme close-up portrait of a Giant Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) fills nearly the entire oval field, rendered in finely engraved high relief that meticulously replicates the texture of the animal's fur. The panda's face is presented frontally, with its characteristic black eye patches surrounding two inlaid onyx cabochons that serve as the eyes, imparting a strikingly naturalistic effect. The muzzle and nose are rendered in delicate low relief at the lower centre. The Latin binomial legend 'AILUROPODA MELANOLEUCA' is incused along the right border in a vertical arc. The antiqued silver finish enhances the sculptural depth and tonal contrast of the design.
