| Obverse description | The Fijian coat of arms occupies the central field, depicted in high relief and featuring two indigenous warriors as supporters — the dexter supporter bearing a spear and the sinister holding a fan — flanking a quartered shield surmounted by a sailing vessel. The shield displays a British lion passant in the chief and three sugarcane stalks, a coconut palm, and a dove in the quarters. A scroll beneath the arms bears the national motto in Fijian.
