The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank issues currency on behalf of eight member territories — Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Anguilla — a monetary union that has held its dollar pegged to the USD at 2.70 since 1976.
