The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank serves eight territories simultaneously — Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines — a monetary arrangement dating to 1983 that makes attributing any single issue to a specific jurisdiction genuinely awkward.
