This miniature gold piece belongs to a broad series of bilateral "friendship" issues produced for the Solomon Islands by private minting houses — in this case almost certainly the Scottsdale Mint or a comparable contractor — with no meaningful connection to either Russia or Qatar beyond the licensing arrangement. At 0.31 g, it contains just under one-hundredth of a troy ounce of fine gold, making it more collectible novelty than store of value.
