Reverse description A boldly rendered rampant lion — the emblem of No. 310 (Czechoslovak) Squadron RAF — occupies the central field, depicted in high relief against a selectively blackened background that creates a striking contrast with the polished gold surfaces. The lion is shown passant-rampant, with a double tail, reflecting the traditional Bohemian heraldic lion. At the left and right of the field, the squadron number 310 appears within square bracket devices matching the obverse design motif. Along the lower arc, within a blackened band, the squadron motto WE FIGHT TO REBUILD is inscribed in incuse relief.
