The arc legend ADMIRAL HORATIO NELSON 1758-1805 runs along the upper periphery, with NAPOLEON & NELSON inscribed below the central figures. A facsimile of Nelson's signature appears in the lower field, with the denomination $10 struck below. The design was executed by Philip Nathan to commemorate the bicentenary of the Battle of Trafalgar. |
