Obverse description The obverse features the fourth-generation effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Susanna Blunt, depicted in right-facing profile with a pearl necklace and earring, her hair styled in a characteristic coiffure. The portrait is rendered in high relief against a smooth field. The legend 'ELIZABETH II D·G·REGINA' arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination '10 DOLLARS' is inscribed along the lower rim. The engraver's initials 'SB' appear discreetly at the base of the portrait truncation.
