| Obverse description | The diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II faces right, portrayed within an oval cartouche at the upper center of the field, with the engraver's initials IRB below the truncation. Surrounding the portrait, the field is richly decorated with traditional Slovak folk ornamental motifs inspired by the embroidery patterns of the Čičmany village, rendered in fine relief and arranged in horizontal bands.
