Obverse lettering ELIZABETH II 10 DOLLARS 2013
Reverse description Two large overlapping maple leaves rendered in high relief, their stems converging toward the lower center of the coin, occupying the majority of the reverse field. The design, engraved by Konrad Wachelko, captures the intricate venation and lobed contours of the leaves with striking naturalistic detail. The legend CANADA arcs across the upper field, while the inscription FINE GOLD 1/4 OZ OR PUR curves along the lower periphery. The purity designation 9999 appears in the right field, accompanied by the mint mark CD at lower left.
