| 裏面の説明 | Four colored goats, each representing one of the Chinese classical elements, are depicted in full color around the central circular aperture in the style of traditional East Asian ink painting. At the upper left, a Water Goat strides above stylized blue waves; at the upper right, an Earth Goat stands upon a rocky outcrop; at the lower left, a Metal Goat rears up amid mountainous terrain; and at the lower right, a Fire Goat stands before red flames on a rocky summit. Between each goat, raised Celtic-inspired triquetra and knotwork ornamental motifs divide the annular field into quadrants. The overall composition evokes the Chinese lunar Year of the Goat, rendered with vivid polychrome color application against the brushed silver field. |

Tokelau — three Pacific atolls with a combined land area under 12 square kilometers and a population that has never exceeded 1,500 — has issued collector coinage since 2012 under a licensing arrangement that routes production through the New Zealand Mint. The territory has no indigenous minting infrastructure and no circulating coinage of its own. These issues exist entirely for the bullion and numismatic export market, with face values bearing no relationship to local commerce.
The "Elemental Goats" series ties to the Chinese zodiac goat year of 2015.
