| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, depicted in mature bust with a decorative tiara and draped shoulders, as designed for Pobjoy Mint issues. The legend BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS curves along the left periphery, while QUEEN ELIZABETH II arcs along the upper right, and the date 2006 appears at the lower right of the field. The portrait is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished proof field, with fine engraving detail on the crown and hair. A small engraver's initial mark is visible at the base of the truncation. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Two bottlenose dolphins depicted in dynamic interaction at the centre of the field, their bodies intertwined in a graceful aquatic composition with air bubbles rising between them. A decorative band of coral reef, sea anemones, and shells arcs along the lower portion of the field, rendered in fine sculptural relief. The denomination $10 appears in a recessed cartouche at the bottom centre, flanked by the coral motif. The fineness inscription 999.9 Au. is inscribed at the lower left, and the Pobjoy Mint mark PM appears discreetly to the right of the composition. |
