| Obverse description | Effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, rendered in high relief with fine detail in the hair and facial features. The portrait is attributed to Ian Rank-Broadley, whose initials IRB appear below the truncation. Surrounding the effigy, occupying the full field of the coin, is a bold stylised depiction of the Czech heraldic double-tailed lion, its body sweeping around the portrait with dramatically rendered claws and flowing tail segments. The circular legend around the field reads ELIZABETH II · NIUE ISLAND · 10 DOLLARS · 2021, with the Czech Mint mark CM and engraver's initials IRB also present. |
