The shield, supported by two rampant deer, displays a rising sun above wavy lines and a fortified gateway, surmounted by a helmet and crest featuring a pineapple flanked by sugar cane and hibiscus. A ribbon scroll below the shield bears the national motto EACH ENDEAVOURING ALL ACHIEVING.
