| Reverse description | The reverse, engraved by Steven Rosati, features a dynamic full-figure depiction of legendary NHL goaltender Glenn Hall in his Chicago Black Hawks uniform, shown in a classic butterfly-style defensive stance in front of a net, holding his goalie stick and blocker pad. The colorfully enameled Chicago Black Hawks team logo appears in an arched panel at the bottom centre of the design, flanked by two selectively coloured red maple leaf devices at either side of the inner border.
