Obverse description The sixth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as designed by Jody Clark, is depicted in right-facing profile bust, wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl necklace with a drop earring. The portrait is rendered in high relief against a polished field, with fine detail in the crown's floral and foliate ornamentation. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the upper left rim and AUSTRALIA along the upper right, while the denomination 10 DOLLARS appears along the lower rim between two raised dots. The engraver's initials JC are incused in the lower field below the portrait truncation.

Reverse description A finely detailed kookaburra (Dacelo novaeguineae) is depicted perched upright on a weathered wooden log, facing left with its distinctive large bill rendered with crisp relief. A native Australian shrub with small blossoms occupies the right background, while stylised water ripples and a second log appear to the left, evoking a natural bushland setting. The legend AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA arcs along the upper rim, and the inscription 2019 10oz 9999 SILVER is arranged along the lower exergue. The Perth Mint's P mintmark appears at the lower left of the field, and the reverse designer's initials AH are faintly incused near the base of the design.
