Obverse lettering ELIZABETH II · EAST CARIBBEAN STATES 2002 RDM · 10 DOLLARS ·
Reverse description Facing crowned portrait of King Edward III (reigned 1327–1377), rendered in a medieval heraldic style, wearing an ornate fleur-de-lis crown and richly draped robes with visible chain armour at the shoulders. To the lower right of the portrait appears a small circular inset medallion bearing a crown and the legend THE QUEEN'S GOLDEN JUBILEE with the date 2002, commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's accession. The upper legend THE GOLDEN JUBILEE arcs across the top of the field, while EDWARD III 1327–1377 is inscribed in bold lettering along the lower rim. The deeply mirrored proof fields provide strong contrast against the frosted devices.
