| 背面描述 | A bust of a male figure wearing glasses, rendered in low relief, occupies the lower left of the field, with a modernist architectural building depicted to the right, likely the Finnish Parliament House or a significant Finnish civic structure. The bold legend FINLAND arcs prominently across the upper central field. A blue-enameled arc at the top bears the inscription ECU, flanked on either side by a row of twelve five-pointed stars representing the European Community. The denomination $10 appears in the lower central portion within a cartouche against the dark field. |

Liberia produced a long series of ECU-themed collector pieces in the late 1990s and early 2000s, issuing coins denominated in a currency that never actually existed on its own terms — the ECU was a basket unit used in European exchange mechanisms, never minted as circulating coinage by any European state. Finland is an unusual subject here given that the markka was replaced by the euro in 2002, the same year this piece was struck, making the ECU reference doubly anachronistic.
