| Obverse description | The full Jamaican coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield adorned with five golden pineapples, surmounted by a crocodile atop a royal helmet and mantling. Two Taíno figures, each in traditional dress and bearing indigenous implements, stand as supporters to either side of the shield. A scroll below bears the national motto in the exergue.
